Everything is always great from here and they listened to my special request so I'm happy

We go to Nordstroms, perhaps once a month and enjoy the food at the restaurant. This order was simply awful and incorrect. Hard to describe it but I could not eat the pasta. It was as if they only poured lemon over it as the sauce. Nothing like what I've had at the location. My wife ordered shrimp with her ceasar salad and got very poorly, over cooked chicken that was inedible. I hope Nordstroms makes this right for us because otherwise we can't trust ordering from here again.
